Plan, monitor, and control project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed construction schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
Monitor project progress.
Update weekly and monthly progress reports.
Identify delays and recommend recovery plans.
Coordinate with all departments for schedule adherence.
Generate productivity and manpower reports.
Support project management with planning inputs.
Maintain project dashboards and MIS.
