Project Manager

Location: Chennai/ Project Sites

Reporting To: Operations Director

Team: Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Subcontractors

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end project execution from award to final handover, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, with positive cash flow, zero quality or

HSE non-conformities, and complete client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor and close projects in line with contractual requirements.

Manage engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning activities.

Lead project teams, subcontractors and vendors to achieve project objectives.

Control project cost, schedule, cash flow, risks and profitability.

Identify and secure variations, EOTs and commercial prospects.

Provide weekly MIS, progress reports and risk updates to management.





Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, company SOPs and client requirements.

Achieve timely project documentation, handover and financial closure.

Key KPIs

100% on-time project delivery.

Projects completed within approved budget with positive cash flow.

High client satisfaction and zero major NCRs.

Effective variation and claims management to improve profitability.

100% timely documentation and project close-out.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is mandatory

EPC/MEP/ELV/Security/Telecom projects.

Robust leadership, planning, commercial, contract and stakeholder management skills.
