Recooty is looking for a dynamic Associate SaaS Sales Executive to join our Sales team in the Human Resources/HR industry. This is a full-time position based in office in Indore. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our SaaS solutions to potential clients. If you are passionate about sales, have a robust understanding of SaaS products, and thrive in a target-driven environment, we would love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective clients
Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to potential customers
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Requirements:
Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to articulate their value proposition
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
