Role Description The Project Planning Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Ludhiana. The individual in this role will develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules for cold roll forming machine manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with production targets and delivery timelines. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with design, production, procurement, and quality teams to track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

The Project Planning

Engineer will monitor costs and resource utilization,



support project control activities, and prepare regular status reports and forecasts for leadership. This role also involves continuous process improvement, analyzing project performance data, and recommending efficiency and cost-optimization measures.

Qualifications
Strong Planning & Scheduling and Planning skills to develop, update, and optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
Experience in Project Control and Cost Control to track budgets, manage variances, and support accurate project reporting.
Robust Analytical Skills to interpret project data, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience in manufacturing or heavy machinery projects; exposure to roll forming or similar processes is an advantage.
Proficiency with project planning tools.
Solid communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
