Job Title: Regional Visual Merchandiser Job Summary The Regional Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for implementing visual merchandising strategies across the assigned region, ensuring brand consistency, store aesthetics, and effective execution of VM initiatives in line with organizational goals. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance store presentation, optimize customer experience, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities Visual Merchandising Operations

Execute seasonal themes, in-store collaterals, and promotional campaigns as per VM guidelines.

Implement seasonal windows, in-store POS elements, props, signage, and visual communication materials.

Plan and execute VM installations efficiently within allocated budgets.

Maintain high standards for window and in-store displays to ensure a strong brand presence.

Oversee the setup of new store layouts and VM elements as per brand guidelines.

Adhere to project timelines and ensure timely execution of VM activities.

Document implementation processes and conduct regular reviews for continuous improvement.

Provide timely and comprehensive follow-through on all aspects of visual merchandising.

Manage vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
