Role Description The Purchasing Executive is a full time, on-site position based in Palghar, responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing and procurement process. Daily tasks include reviewing and processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

The role involves monitoring inventory levels, negotiating pricing and terms with vendors, and maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation.

Executive collaborates closely with production, warehouse, and finance teams to align procurement with operational needs and cost targets. This position requires consistent follow-up, vendor relationship management, and adherence to company quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, with the ability to accurately process and track purchasing documents.
Experience in Purchase Management and Procurement, including vendor selection, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, and to resolve issues promptly.
Knowledge of inventory control, basic supply chain principles, and familiarity with ERP or purchasing software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in procurement are an advantage.
Attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
Prior experience in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or nutraceuticals manufacturing is preferred.
