Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end procurement of edible oils, raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and timely deliveries.
Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Monitor inventory levels, procurement budgets, and compliance with company policies.
Lead and mentor the purchase team to drive operational excellence.

Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Commerce, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
15+ years of relevant procurement experience in the edible oil manufacturing industry.
Solid leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and procurement planning.
Excellent analytical, communication, and team management abilities.
