Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing enquiries, coordinating client interactions, following up with leads, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, solid organizational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-ins.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients.
Schedule appointments and consultations for sales consultants.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads to maximize conversion prospects.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate with the documentation and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.




Monitor lead status and ensure timely updates in the CRM.
Generate daily and monthly sales reports.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Perform administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the management

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales coordination, customer service, telecalling, or administration.
Experience in the education or immigration industry is an added advantage.
Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
