We're Hiring at Bridgestone GCC | Agile Project Manager

Bridgestone Global Capability Center (GCC) is looking for a talented Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our growing team. If you're passionate about Agile delivery, team collaboration, and driving successful project outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities.
Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or Hybrid methodologies.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlog
Track delivery progress, manage risks, dependencies, and impediments, and ensure timely project delivery.
Coordinate release planning and readiness across teams.




Drive continuous improvement by coaching Agile teams and promoting best practices.
Prepare delivery dashboards, governance reports, and stakeholder updates.
Manage project governance, resource planning, and cost tracking.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or Scrum Master.

Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid delivery models, and DevOps principles.

Experience working with cross-functional, product-centric teams.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Exposure to Scaled Agile settings is an advantage
