Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,



stakeholders, and industry partners
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to upper management
Organize and participate in promotional events and open houses

Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate sector
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market
Proficient in sales management software and CRM tools
