Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Auditor to conduct quality audits across Delivery Hubs (DHs) and Fruits & Vegetables (FnV) Mother Hubs. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, SOPs, food safety requirements, and operational processes through regular audits and effective follow-up of corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in quality auditing within supply chain, warehouse, e-commerce, or FnV operations and should be comfortable travelling across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Execution
Conduct quality audits as per the defined audit plan across inbound, storage, and outbound operations.
Execute Process Audits, Audit Quality Reviews (AQR), and Daily Quality Reviews (DQR).
Ensure timely completion of all assigned audits with 100% adherence to the audit schedule.

Non-Conformity (NC) Management
Identify process gaps and non-conformities during audits.
Document observations with supporting evidence and perform basic root cause analysis.
Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, trends, and improvement opportunities.

CAPA Tracking




Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to ensure timely closure of NCs.
Monitor CAPA implementation and track ageing of open observations.
Verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

Compliance & Process Monitoring
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, food safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
Identify compliance gaps, operational risks, and process deviations.
Recommend and support corrective actions to improve compliance.

Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate audit records, findings, and supporting documentation.
Share regular MIS reports on audit status, compliance performance, NC ageing, and CAPA closure.
Ensure audit documentation is maintained for future reference and compliance requirements.

Training & Continuous Improvement
Provide on-the-job coaching during audits to address process gaps.
Recommend refresher training based on recurring observations.
Identify prospects for process improvements and standardisation across hubs.
Share best practices to enhance operational quality and compliance.
