This is a full time, in office role located in Borivali for a Revit/BIM Modeller. The BIM Executive will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Building Information Models (BIM) for our architectural projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong BIM skills and a passion for architectural technology to contribute to the success of our firm.
Key Responsibilities - Create and manage Building Information Models using software such as Revit or ArchiCAD.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure BIM models meet project requirements and standards.
Assist in the development of BIM execution plans and protocols.
Generate 2D drawings and schedules from BIM models.
Maintain and update BIM libraries and families.
Assist in the implementation of BIM standards and best practices within the firm.
Support project teams in utilizing BIM for design visualization, analysis, and documentation.
Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends. Qualifications
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture skills
Looking for candidates with 1 or 2 years experince
Robust background as a Modeller and experience and understanding of Civil.
Ability to create and interpret Construction Drawings
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in landscape architecture or construction is a plus
