Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical) preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Checker to inspect raw materials, fabricated tower components, welded assemblies, and galvanized products to ensure compliance with approved drawings, customer specifications, IS standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect incoming raw materials such as angles and plates.

Verify dimensions, hole pitch, edge distance, straightness, and twist of fabricated members.

Check CNC drilling, punching, shearing, notching, and bending operations as per drawings.

Perform visual inspection of welded components and identify defects.

Ensure proper identification, marking, bundling,



and traceability of tower members.

Prepare inspection reports, quality checklists, and NCRs.

Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Maintain measuring instruments and ensure timely calibration.

Required Skills

Ability to read fabrication drawings and tower BOMs.

Knowledge of transmission line tower fabrication processes.

Hands-on experience with Vernier calipers, measuring tape, steel scale, bevel protractor, height gauge, and coating thickness gauge.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
