We are looking for a motivated RF Engineer to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of RF planning, optimization, and network performance. This role is suitable for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience who are eager to build their career in the telecom industry. Key Responsibilities
Perform RF planning, optimization, and network performance analysis.
Monitor and troubleshoot RF network issues to ensure optimal service quality.
Conduct drive tests and analyze network performance data.
Support site surveys and assist in RF design and network rollout activities.
Analyze KPIs and recommend optimization strategies to improve network performance.
Coordinate with field teams for issue resolution and project implementation.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and daily progress updates.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of RF planning and optimization concepts.
Knowledge of LTE/4G and 5G technologies.
Familiarity with drive test tools and RF optimization techniques.
Understanding of telecom network architecture and wireless communication.
Valuable analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Solid communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation. Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
6 Months u2013 1 Year of experience in RF Engineering or Telecom Network Operations. "
