We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring executives, improving conversion rates, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets.This is a leadership role requiring solid team management, sales planning, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve company targets. Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs. Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Team Management

Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Executives. Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity. Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve closing ratios. Build a high-performance sales culture. Resolve team challenges and improve collaboration.

Sales Operations





Assign and distribute qualified leads effectively. Ensure timely follow-up of all inquiries. Review CRM reports and sales pipeline daily. Improve lead conversion and reduce response time. Coordinate with marketing for campaign execution.

Customer Management

Handle high-value clients and complex negotiations. Resolve customer escalations professionally. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey. Maintain robust relationships with investors and repeat customers.

Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Track revenue, bookings, site visits, and conversion rates. Analyze sales trends and recommend improvements. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Cross-Department CoordinationCoordinate with legal, finance, documentation, and marketing teams. Ensure smooth booking, payment collection, and registration processes.Support project launches and promotional events.
