Job Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Configure and support ELV systems remotely.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Provide remote operational training and technical assistance to customers.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and support records.

Desired Skills:
Basic knowledge of Networking, Firewalls, and Unified Threat Management (UTM) configuration and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of one or more of the following systems:
Unified Communication / IP EPABX Systems
Video Conferencing &
Collaboration Solutions
IP-Based CCTV Systems
Time Attendance &
Access Control Systems
Fire Alarm Systems
Public Address Systems
Audio-Visual Systems
Servers &
Storage Solutions




Relevant certifications in the above technologies will be an added advantage.
Positive communication, problem-solving, and customer handling skills.
Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in a team workplace

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
