About the Role

We're looking for a Remote Sales Consultant to join FUME, one of India's fastest-growing health transformation companies.

You will work with pre-qualified inbound leads who are actively looking to improve their health, lose weight, reverse lifestyle disorders, and build a healthier future.

You will conduct meaningful one-to-one consultations, understand client challenges, build trust, and guide prospects toward the right transformation program.

Responsibilites
Handle pre-qualified inbound leads (no cold calling)
Conduct 1:1 consultation and sales conversations
Understand client challenges and position the right solution
Build trust and guide prospects toward confident decisions
Handle objections around pricing, trust, and commitment
Maintain structured follow-ups and conversation notes
Continuously improve through feedback and call reviews

Who is this for
You have solid communication skills in English and Hindi




You enjoy speaking with people and understanding their challenges
You are comfortable conducting Zoom and phone consultations
Experience in sales, counselling, customer success, insurance, education counselling, healthcare consulting, recruitment, or relationship management is a plus
You are coachable and willing to learn a proven consultative sales process
You are ambitious, performance-driven, and want to build high-income skills
