– EHS Officer (Workplace, Health & Safety)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive EHS Officer to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within our API manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for implementing EHS policies, conducting safety inspections, and promoting a protected working workplace.

Key Responsibilities

● Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, cGMP, and statutory requirements.

● Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

● Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees.

● Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.

● Maintain EHS records, permits, licenses, and statutory documentation.

● Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and fire safety systems.





● Monitor hazardous waste management, pollution control, and environmental compliance.

● Work closely with Production, QA, QC, Engineering, and HR to strengthen the organization's safety culture.

Qualification: B.Sc. / Diploma / B.Tech in Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety will be preferred.

ADIS Certified

Experience: 0 -6 years of experience

Required Skills

● Knowledge of Factory Act, OSHA, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.

● Understanding of fire safety, hazardous waste management, and environmental regulations.

Pay: ₹14,777.00 per month
