Job Role: PYP Facilitator (International Baccalaureate - IB)

Location: Ansal Sushant City, Lucknow

Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and IB-trained PYP Facilitator to join our founding IB teaching team.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver inquiry-based lessons aligned with IB philosophy and frameworks.
Design and implement formative and summative assessments in line with IB expectations.
Collaborate in curriculum planning, unit design, and interdisciplinary learning.
Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
Participate actively in IB career development, training, and school authorization processes.
Work collaboratively with CBSE and IB teams to ensure a smooth transition to IB practices.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.
Recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed / PGCE / equivalent).
IB Category Training (Category 1 / 2 / 3) in PYP– is a prerequisite.
Prior IB classroom teaching experience preferred.
Solid understanding of IB pedagogy, assessment practices, and learner-centred instruction.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and reflective practice skills.
