Role Description The Safety Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for promoting a secure working setting across all company locations and project sites. This role involves conducting regular safety inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

The Safety

Officer will develop and implement safety policies, coordinate safety training for staff, and maintain accurate records of incidents and corrective actions. Daily activities include monitoring occupational health risks, leading accident investigations, preparing safety reports,



and collaborating with project managers to integrate safety measures into operations. The role also requires engaging with employees to build a solid safety culture and supporting management in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills, with a solid understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
Candidates should possess Accident Investigation and Safety Training skills, including the ability to analyze incidents and deliver effective training programs.
Candidates should possess Security-related skills, with experience in implementing and monitoring site security measures that complement safety practices.
Candidates should have good communication, documentation, and reporting skills, along with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in office.
Relevant certifications or education in safety, engineering, or industrial management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, diploma in industrial safety) are beneficial, and prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or engineering settings is an advantage.
