Handle inbound enquiries and coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, venue visits, and follow-up discussions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and sales reports.
Coordinate with planning, production, design, vendor, and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and client approvals.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the planning process.
Ensure all event requirements are communicated clearly to the execution team.
Assist in contract documentation, payment follow-ups, and project handovers.
Provide post-event support, collect client feedback, and maintain long-term client relationships.
