Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Backend Developer to design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python backend development, API design, databases, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices. Exposure to AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, RAG, and AI agent frameworks will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, FastAPI, or Flask.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
Collaborate with frontend, product, and AI teams to integrate AI-powered features.
Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions.
Work with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms for deployment.
Integrate AI services such as LLM APIs and RAG pipelines into applications.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills
Robust experience in Python Backend Development.
Hands-on experience with FastAPI or Flask.
Solid knowledge of REST APIs,



Microservices, and backend architecture.
Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
Experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of backend security, performance optimization, and system monitoring.
Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to LLMs, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, AI Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and AI service integration.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of qualified experience in Python backend development.
Relevant certifications in Python, Cloud, or DevOps are a plus.
