Functional Responsibilities / KPIs:-

? Resource mobilisation from Capital Market, Financial Intuitions, DFI, Foreign Bank, Multilateral Instructions.

? Deep relationship with Mutual Funds/ Treasury of Public sector Bank/ Private Sector/Foreign banks/Financial Intuitions treasury, Development Financial Institutions Capital Market intermediaries, Merchant Bankers etc.

? Deep understanding of regulations of NCDs, Commercial Paper, ECB

? Positive understating of investment prospects in capital Market, CROMs, TRAPs etc.

? Proven capability to ?Deliver Outcome? with focus on integrity, ethics and governance

? Leadership, networking negotiation skills

? Must have valuable communication skills; both oral written

Key Responsibilities

? Ensure timely and adequate availability of fund for business at desired cost

? Handle the compliance of NCD, CP and ECB issuance.

? Overseeing the liability side of the balance sheet

? Manage, lead and strengthen relationships with Mutual Fund, Insurance companies, Financial Institutions, Multilateral and Development Financial institution, bankers, external and internal stakeholders





? Tracking of markets and interest rate/liquidity scenario and optimizing the risks vs. return on the overall liability side of the balance sheet

? End-to-end execution of transactions from investor/lender interaction, deal structuring, assisting investor diligence till term sheet finalization and disbursement

? Driving Interest cost reduction initiatives and other advisors Cashflow forecasting and managing surplus funds through investments in board approved investment options Treasury Reporting and MIS for ALM on regular basis.

? Deployment of the Treasury governance framework and guidelines, ensuring compliance with company policy, procedures, and guidelines.

? Capital allocation to business verticals and internal pricing of capital

? Ensure favourable terms and financial Covenants

? Tracking/monitoring of peers and competition
