Role Description This is a full time, on-site Real Estate Specialist role based in Navi Mumbai.

The Real Estate

Specialist is responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting prospects into successful property transactions. Daily activities include conducting property presentations, organizing site visits, following up with potential buyers, and maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation, transparent communication, and timely closures.

Specialist will also monitor market trends, participate in local networking activities, and consistently represent Prinalto’s values of trust, transparency,



and customer care.

Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in real estate or related sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and explain complex information clearly.
Customer service and relationship management skills, with a commitment to delivering transparent, trustworthy guidance throughout the sales cycle.
Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email, and office productivity software for managing leads, follow-ups, and documentation.
Sound understanding of local real estate market dynamics in Navi Mumbai or willingness to learn quickly.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
Ability to work in office, manage multiple client interactions daily, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Navi Mumbai is an advantage.
