Scope of responsibilities
Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and customer requirements
Monitoring and documenting compliance with instructions, procedures and acceptance criteria at every stage of the production process
Defining and supervising repair scopes, maintaining checklists and inspections, and reporting daily quality observations
Providing reliable documentation and attachments regarding repairs, in accordance with applicable guidelines
Collaboration with production teams in carrying out quality control tasks and solving current problems
Identifying and reporting delays or deviations from standard processes and participating in root cause analysis
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by proposing updates to work instructions and participating in 5S and Lean activities
Requirements
Experience in quality control or production setting is preferred
Knowledge of Standard Work Instructions (SWI) and quality assurance procedures
Basic knowledge of Lean principles and the 5S methodology
Ability to read and use technical documentation and instructions

Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team
A proactive approach and willingness to participate in process improvement
Goal orientation, with an emphasis on cooperation and open communication within the team
