CLC Tech Academy, part of the CLC Abroad group — a trusted name in study and work abroad services — is expanding our team! We're looking for driven, tech-savvy sales professionals to counsel and enrol learners into our flagship DevOps & Agentic AI Engineering Programme — a 12-month, live-instructor-led course covering Cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

Counsel prospective learners on programme fit, career outcomes, and curriculum via calls, video sessions, and follow-ups

Manage a pipeline of inbound leads through the CRM, from first contact to enrolment

Explain technical concepts (Cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, Agentic AI) clearly to working professionals and career-switchers

Consistently meet monthly enrolment and revenue targets





Work closely with marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and learner experience

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in sales or counselling (EdTech/IT training background is a robust plus)

Comfortable explaining tech concepts to working specialists and career-switchers

Solid presentation skills, with the ability to confidently conduct seminars and sessions at institutions

Target-driven mindset with strong CRM and calling skills

Prior experience at bootcamps such as Simplilearn, UpGrad, Intellipaat, Edureka, or similar is a strong advantage
