We are looking for a confident and empathetic Patient Counsellor to join our team at TamiraLife. The ideal candidate will guide patients through aesthetic and plastic surgery treatment options, address their concerns, and help them make informed decisions based on their individual needs.

This role requires strong communication, patient-handling, follow-up, and sales-conversion skills. Key Responsibilities

Counsel patients regarding aesthetic, cosmetic, and plastic surgery procedures.

Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable consultation options.

Explain treatment processes, expected outcomes, pricing, and post-treatment care.

Convert enquiries into doctor consultations and procedures.

Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp communication.





Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow-up status.

Achieve monthly consultation and sales-conversion targets.

Coordinate with doctors, telecalling teams, and hospital departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Build positive relationships with patients through skilled and empathetic communication.

Skills Required

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Good counselling, convincing, and negotiation ability.

Sales-focused approach with consistent follow-up skills.

Empathetic and patient-friendly attitude.

Ability to handle enquiries professionally and maintain confidentiality.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
