Core Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scripts in PowerShell and Batch for automation and system tasks.
Configure, manage, and optimize ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise RMM, Screen Connect, and Ninja RMM tools.
Create and deploy automations, monitors, and alerts within ConnectWise Automate and CW RMM.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plugin failures, script errors, and monitor breakdowns.
Provide after-hours and rotational shift support in a 24x7x365 operational setup.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.

Required Skill Set
Technical Skills
1–4 years of experience in RMM administration and system admin.
Proficiency in PowerShell and Batch scripting.
Hands-on experience with ConnectWise Automate, CW RMM, Screen Connect, and Ninja RMM.
Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving automation and monitoring issues.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide after-hours support as required.
