Padmansha Technologies Pvt Ltd is one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of Digital Pump Controllers. We are looking for a passionate Product Development Engineer to join our R&D; team in designing and developing cutting-edge electronic products. You will be involved in concept-to-prototype development, working on PCB design, microcontrollers, programming, integration, and troubleshooting. This is a hardware-focused electronics role, NOT a software testing or IT position.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test new electronic products and prototypes.
Work on PCB design, microcontroller programming, and hardware integration.
Conduct research on emerging technologies and apply them to product development.
Troubleshoot and resolve electronic and embedded system issues.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to market.

Skills & Requirements
BE / BTech in Electronics / Electrical / ETC / Mechatronics
Solid knowledge of PCB design & troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (Arduino, PIC, ARM, or similar).
Programming skills for embedded systems.
Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Self-motivated with curiosity to explore and learn recent technologies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
