Job Title: Relationship Executive (Male)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with our corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day food service operations, maintaining robust client satisfaction, and coordinating effectively between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned corporate customer locations and act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality, understand customer requirements, and build long-term relationships.
Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate service execution.
Address customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues promptly while ensuring satisfactory resolution.
Collect customer feedback, analyze recurring concerns, and share improvement suggestions with the operations team.
Monitor daily food service operations and ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and service standards.
Maintain daily visit reports, customer interaction records, issue logs, and follow-up reports.




Support new client onboarding and ensure smooth implementation of services at customer locations.
Work closely with internal departments to improve customer experience and enhance service efficiency.
Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, improve retention, and support business growth.

Candidate Requirements
Male candidates only.
A valid two-wheeler and driving license are mandatory.
Willingness to travel regularly to assigned customer locations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is preferred.
Prior experience in customer relationship management, field operations, hospitality, or food service is an added advantage.
