Job Purpose:

'• To deliver exceptional client service with a strong focus on customer retention and long-term relationship management.
Drive product sales and spearhead the acquisition of recent clients to support business growth and market expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities: '• Generate sales opportunities for both self and team members by proactively identifying and pursuing potential leads.
Customer Acquisition: Focus on acquiring new clients, with a strong emphasis on building a high-yield Loan AGainst Property portfolio.
Portfolio Quality: Ensure the overall health and quality of the loan book through diligent monitoring and risk management.
Digital Adoption:



Embrace and advocate the use of digital tools and platforms to drive efficiency and enhance customer engagement.
Team Development: Lead by examplegroom, mentor, and support team members to achieve their professional goals and business objectives.
