About the Role

Sanyukt Builders Private Limited is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join the sales team for Belvoir Hills, a premium luxury hospitality and residential development located on the scenic Kandaghat–Chail Road.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage qualified leads.
Conduct client meetings and project presentations.
Handle site visits and customer follow-ups.
Convert inquiries into bookings while maintaining a premium customer experience.




Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and direct clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Candidate Profile
2–6 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).
Robust communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-driven with a positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Experience in luxury residential or hospitality sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Zirakpur, Punjab (Zirakpur)
