The candidate should be postgraduate in bioinformatics with positive understanding of the analysis of the digital health data from wearable health monitoring devices such as heart rate, CGM etc.

Excellent command over Linux workplace. Significant experience with programming languages such as R and Python. Ability to carry out data analysis in local systems, high performance cluster and cloud workplace.

Familiarity with data analysis for imputation, identifying data patterns and prediction of health or disease status or adverse events is required.

Familiarity in application of machine learning methods to derive meaningful insights from wearable health devices data using ML.

Ability to manage and perform reproducible data analysis using workflow management systems
