Role Overview : The Sales Performance Coach will train, motivate, and improve recent sales hires in their first 30–90 days, focusing on faster ramp-up, better conversions, and lower attrition.
Key Responsibilities: 1 .Run daily coaching sessions, mock calls, and roleplays 2. Conduct product and CRM training 3. Break down calls and improve objection handling 4. Track performance and run improvement plans 5. Work closely with Sales Heads, TLs, and HR Skills Required: 1.Strong communication skills in Hindi and English 2.
Experience in inside sales or sales training 3. Ability to motivate and coach Gen Z teams 4. Valuable understanding of sales metrics and performance tracking
