Role Description The Sales Manager at Vedic Village will lead sales efforts for the Kochi location, focusing on driving room, event, and corporate bookings while strengthening relationships with key clients and partners. This full time, on-site role includes identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and property walkthroughs, and preparing proposals and contracts.

The Sales

Manager will collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and reservations teams to align offers with guest expectations and ensure seamless service delivery. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining accurate sales reports, and meeting revenue targets through strategic planning and consistent follow-up. Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in sales planning, lead generation, and account management for hospitality or related industries.





Ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals in both B2C and B2B environments.

Experience with event and group sales, including corporate retreats, weddings, and special occasions.

Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing interactions.

Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis to track performance and forecast revenue.

Comfort working in office in Kochi, with flexibility for local travel and occasional extended hours based on guest needs.

Prior experience in hotel or resort sales is highly beneficial; familiarity with luxury or experiential hospitality is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a guest-centric, inclusive approach to service.
