Role & responsibilities

Training Program Development
Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the sales team's needs.
Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning content, and role-playing activities.
Ensure the training programs align with organizational goals and sales strategies.

Needs Assessment
Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the sales team.
Collaborate with sales managers to understand team challenges and performance metrics.

Training Delivery
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to sales representatives.
Use cutting-edge teaching methods to enhance participant engagement and retention.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Design and execute spaces learning programs and drive ROI, through skill development and coaching.





Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with sales leaders, HR, and product teams to ensure alignment of training initiatives.
Provide regular updates to senior management on training outcomes and recommendations.

Preferred candidate profile
10 years of experience in sales capability development & L&D; roles.
Proven track record of success in sales and training program delivery.
Solid presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in training design and facilitation techniques.
Enthusiastic and passionate about sales and coaching.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Adaptable to changing business needs and capable of multitasking.
Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
L&D; certifications such as DISC, Hogan, ACC, ISTD(v basic), content design, TTT, Dale Carnegie would be preferred.
