Role Description As a Robotics Tutor at ROOTBASE, you will deliver hands-on robotics lessons and workshops to students in schools, colleges, and tuition centers. You will design and implement lesson plans, demonstrate robotics concepts, guide learners through building and programming robots, and support project-based learning activities.

Daily responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, setting up classroom equipment, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to help learners build confidence and technical skills. You will coordinate with academic staff to align content with curricula and contribute ideas for improving smart-class and technology-enhanced learning modules.



This is a full time, on-site role based in Ranchi.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in robotics, electronics, or related STEM fields, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, understandable terms.
Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring students, preferably in robotics, coding, or technology-focused subjects.
Familiarity with educational technology tools, such as smart-class systems, virtual reality, or interactive digital content.
Ability to design engaging lesson plans, practical activities, and project-based learning experiences tailored to different age groups.
Effective communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on inclusive and supportive instruction.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Education, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting classroom and equipment issues.
Willingness to work on-site in Ranchi, collaborate with educators, and adapt to evolving educational technologies and curricula.
