Key Responsibilities Generate current business through field visits, referrals, channel partners, builders, architects, and corporate clients.

Identify and develop opportunities in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial (C&I;) rooftop solar projects.

Conduct customer meetings to understand energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.

Coordinate site surveys with the technical team.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and ROI calculations.

Negotiate and close sales while achieving assigned revenue and installation targets.

Coordinate with installation and project teams to ensure smooth execution.

Maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

Track sales activities and update CRM regularly.

Stay updated on state-wise rooftop solar policies, subsidies,



and net-metering regulations in Odisha and Bihar.

Required Skills Robust field sales and business development experience.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Positive understanding of rooftop solar systems and EPC solutions.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Knowledge of the local market and customer network in Odisha or Bihar is preferred.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
