Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the growth of Ashya Foods by assisting with on-site sales and marketing activities in Hyderabad. This internship role involves engaging with customers, explaining product benefits, and supporting in-store or event-based promotions. The intern will help gather customer feedback, participate in sales presentations, and support basic sales reporting and documentation.

Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating with the sales team,



assisting in training materials preparation, and contributing to marketing campaigns that highlight the brand’s purity and heritage. The role is in office, providing exposure to real-time customer interactions and sales processes.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills to support outreach, product demonstrations, and conversion activities.

Candidates should possess an interest or basic skills in Training and Sales Management to assist with sales enablement and team coordination.

Solid interpersonal skills, a learning mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Interest in food, agriculture, or premium consumer products, with an appreciation for quality and authenticity.
