Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business prospects and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our range of insurance products.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve client complaints.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling insurance policies and other financial products.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in broking, sales, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.




Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, including life, health, and general insurance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
