Job Responsibilities:

Position: Relationship Manager Location: Surat - Gujarat We are a Fintech NBFC focused on financial wellbeing, committed to enabling better access to credit through our network of trusted lending partners. We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Relationship Managers to join our team and play a key role in driving borrower growth and disbursements.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain solid relationships with DSAs and Channel Partners to achieve monthly borrower acquisition and disbursement targets. Identify, onboard, and manage current partners to expand sourcing channels and increase overall business volumes. Collaborate with internal teams and onboarded lending partners to ensure seamless case processing and timely disbursements.

Track partner performance and implement strategies to optimize productivity, conversion, and portfolio quality.

Requirements: Minimum 2 3 years of experience in borrower-side sales, with exposure to products such as Unsecured Personal loans Business Loans, secured loans,



credit cards, home loans (HL) and loan against property (LAP). Solid relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven track record in achieving business targets through partner-led channels.
