The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce functional consulting and implementation, as well as experience working with clients in the public service sector. This position is based in Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements.
Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce functionality.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented Salesforce solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on current Salesforce features and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce implementation.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce functional consulting and implementation.
Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform and its applications in the public service industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Experience working with public service organizations or similar industries is preferred.
Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions using Salesforce functionality.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
