We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team on a commission (incentive)-based with unlimited earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn.

Role & responsibilities :
Generate current business leads through online and offline channels.
Market our products/services on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Create and manage engaging social media campaigns to attract potential clients.
Follow up with prospects, build relationships, and convert leads into customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and provide regular sales updates.
Build robust client relationships.
Preferred candidate profile :
Proven experience in lead generation and sales.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, especially LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Basic knowledge of CRM and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
