We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Solution Architect who will be responsible for designing scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform, specifically focusing on FSL implementations.
The candidate should possess solid domain knowledge in field service operations and hands-on experience in solution design, architecture, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture.
Lead FSL implementation, integration, and optimization projects.
Define best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks.
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
Oversee integrations with third-party systems such as:
ERP
GIS
IoT
Other enterprise systems
Ensure system scalability, performance, and security compliance.
Conduct solution reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
1012 years of IT experience with the Salesforce ecosystem.
Robust expertise in Salesforce FSL (Field Service Lightning).
Valuable knowledge of
Service Cloud
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Aura Components
Hands-on experience in FSL configuration, including:
Work Orders
Service Appointments
Scheduling
Dispatcher Console
Experience with integration tools and technologies:
REST APIs
SOAP APIs
MuleSoft – preferred
Strong understanding of data modelling and system architecture.
Experience working in Agile delivery models.
