The ideal candidate will possess a sophisticated understanding of formal etiquette, household management, and a proactive approach to anticipating the needs of the principals and their guests. This role demands a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, personalized service to the principals, anticipating their needs and preferences with utmost discretion.
Oversee all aspects of household management, including scheduling and supervising other household staff (housekeepers, chefs, drivers, etc.).
Manage and maintain the principals wardrobes, including packing and unpacking for travel, dry cleaning coordination, and ensuring all items are immaculately presented.
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for the principals.
Plan, organize, and execute private events, dinner parties, and social gatherings, ensuring seamless service and impeccable presentation.
Serve meals and beverages with formal dining etiquette,



including wine service, table setting, and transparent-down.
Manage household inventories, including provisions, fine china, crystal, and silver, ensuring proper care and stock levels.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, manage schedules, and perform various administrative tasks as required.
Act as a primary point of contact for contractors, vendors, and service providers, overseeing their work and ensuring high standards are met.
Maintain the security and privacy of the residence and its occupants at all times, adhering strictly to confidentiality protocols.
Perform valet duties, including shoe care, pressing, and personal errands.
Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
Manage household budgets and petty cash, providing accurate records and reports.
