We are hiring experienced Salesforce professionals to lead training delivery for our Salesforce learning track. This role goes beyond platform expertise — you will be responsible for owning learner outcomes, structuring real-time project-based training, and delivering sessions in both virtual and classroom formats.

Roles & Responsibilities
Independently plan and deliver end-to-end Salesforce training sessions (virtual and physical/classroom)
Design and guide learners through real-time, industry-relevant Salesforce projects
Own a batch/track — manage session planning, pacing, assessments, and learner progress
Work with the LMS platform for content management, tracking, and reporting
Mentor interns and junior trainers where required
Continuously update training content to reflect current Salesforce best practices and releases
Handle learner queries, doubt sessions, and technical troubleshooting during labs/projects




Track batch-level performance metrics and share progress reports with the Training Manager
Collaborate with placement/career teams to align training outcomes with industry hiring expectations

Required Skills
Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Administration and Development
Practical experience with Integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or similar)
Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Solid working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; exposure to other clouds (Experience Cloud,

Marketing Cloud, etc.) is a robust plus
Must have real-time/live project exposure in a professional environment (not academic-only)

Preferred Qualifications
Global Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Cloud-specific certifications) — strong advantage
Prior classroom/instructor-led training experience — robust advantage

Soft Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward, structured manner
Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage a full training batch independently

Language Requirement
English and Hindi — mandatory
