Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Generate new business prospects and acquire industrial customers.

Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

Handle customer meetings, negotiations, and commercial discussions.

Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries and purchase orders.

Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, and Dispatch teams.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain CRM records and prepare MIS reports.

Requirements

MBA (Marketing) or BE Mechanical.

4–8 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales & Marketing.

Robust communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in business development and customer relationship management.

Knowledge of ERP/CRM is preferred.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
