Role Description This full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in Noida and focuses on driving business growth for laboratory and life sciences solutions. The specialist will identify and engage prospective clients, conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Daily tasks include building and maintaining solid customer relationships, coordinating with technical and project teams to understand client requirements, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.



The role also involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, participating in industry events, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and delivering training or product education sessions to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with diverse stakeholders.
Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Sales skills in lead generation, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals.
Sales Management and Training skills to oversee pipelines, support team performance, and deliver product or solution training.
Knowledge of life sciences, laboratory solutions, or related technical sectors is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet targets in a fast-paced setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant sales or marketing experience in scientific or healthcare domains is an advantage.
