Position: Resource Manager – Blue Collar Hiring

Location: Jamnagar (Extensive Travel Required)

Role Summary The Resource Manager will be responsible for fulfilling monthly blue-collar manpower requirements of 200+ hires per month by developing solid sourcing channels, building relationships with ITIs and skill development institutes, conducting recruitment drives, and ensuring timely deployment of skilled and semi-skilled manpower across project locations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment to achieve monthly hiring targets of 200+ manpower.

Travel extensively across locations for manpower sourcing, recruitment drives, and candidate mobilization.

Establish and maintain partnerships with ITI Institutes, Skill Development Centers, Industrial Training Organizations, and local job networks.

Develop talent pipelines for welders, fitters, riggers, fabricators, electricians, instrument technicians, scaffolding personnel, and other skilled trades.





Coordinate with project and operations teams to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.

Monitor manpower availability and proactively address deployment shortfalls.

Manage vendor and manpower consultant relationships for volume hiring requirements.

Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and deployment reports.

Support onboarding, mobilization, and workforce planning activities.

Execute additional assignments related to workforce management, recruitment strategy, and operational manpower planning.

Desired Profile

Graduate in any discipline.

12+ years of experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment.

Solid network with ITIs, training institutes, and manpower sources.

Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Shutdown, Turnaround, Manufacturing, Construction, or Industrial Services sectors preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Solid stakeholder management and coordination skills.
