We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive enterprise-wide resource planning and workforce optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources, managing demand and supply, coordinating with delivery teams, and supporting business growth through strategic workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end resource allocation and fulfillment across projects and practices.
Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Project Managers to understand staffing requirements and project pipelines.
Manage bench resources and ensure optimum utilization across the organization.
Conduct workforce planning, capacity planning, and demand forecasting activities.
Identify resource gaps and coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team for timely closures.
Monitor and track resource utilization and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Facilitate resource deployment, release planning, extensions, and transitions.
Maintain an updated repository of employee skills, certifications, and project experience.
Coordinate internal interviews and evaluate candidates for project assignments.




Work closely with leadership teams on strategic resource decisions.
Resolve resource conflicts and recommend deployment strategies aligned with business priorities.
Support campus drives, hiring initiatives, and succession planning activities.
Ensure adherence to RMG governance, policies, and processes.

Required Skills
5–6 years of experience in RMG/Resource Management within an IT services organization.
Robust knowledge of workforce planning, resource allocation, and utilization management.
Experience managing resources across multiple technologies and projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
Strong coordination and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Prior experience working with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, or Product Engineering teams will be an added advantage.
Exposure to resource management tools and reporting dashboards.
